What is the Seasons of Love Conference?
The Seasons of Love Conference is a transformational two-day weekend experience designed for married couples who want to reconnect, restore intimacy, strengthen communication, and build a lasting legacy together. It is led by Rev. Dr. Kilen K. Gray and Cassandra D. Harris Gray, who bring 43 years of marriage and 25 years of counseling and coaching experience into every session.
When and where is the conference?
The conference takes place November 13 and 14, 2026 at Embassy Suites East, 9940 Corporate Campus Drive, Louisville, KY 40223.
How many couples can attend?
Only 50 couples total. Once registration closes, no additional spots will be added.
What is the difference between Standard and VIP?
The Standard experience at $400 per couple includes full conference access, all conference materials, Saturday lunch, a couples assessment, an initial coaching session, and a welcome packet. The VIP experience at $550 per couple includes everything in Standard plus VIP seating, priority check-in and access, an exclusive book signing event, a 2-hour couples coaching session, and a premium welcome gift. VIP is limited to 20 couples only.
What is the refund policy?
All registrations are non-refundable due to limited seating and conference preparation costs. Please review this before completing registration.
What is the dress code?
Conference dress code: Casual. Attire for Hot Topics and Hot Nights: Jeans and Bling. Attire for closing renewal ceremony: All white.
Is hotel accommodation included in the registration?
No, but a discounted room rate of $149 per night plus tax has been secured at Embassy Suites East where the conference is held. Hotel booking details are sent after registration is completed.
Is Saturday lunch included?
Yes. Lunch is provided for all registered couples on Saturday November 14.
What if we have dietary restrictions?
Dietary restrictions can be submitted on the registration form. The team will do their best to accommodate all needs.
Is the conference faith-based?
Yes. The Seasons of Love Conference is a Kingdom Marriage Experience rooted in faith. Sessions are Spirit-led and designed to help couples grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally together.
Is this conference only for couples in crisis?
Not at all. The conference is designed for any married couple who wants to go deeper, not just those experiencing difficulty. Many couples who attend are simply ready to invest in the marriage and take it to the next level.
